Who is the data controller?
The controller of your personal data is Bolutions LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM. For any privacy questions, write to office@bolutions.agency or call +381 61 724 3379.
We process data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the data protection laws of your country (including the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act for visitors from Serbia).
What data do we collect?
We collect only the data you provide to us yourself and basic data about the use of the website:
- Contact form and direct contact: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message — so we can respond to your enquiry.
- Website usage data (only with your consent): pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location — through the analytics tools described below.
Why and on what basis do we process data?
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a collaboration — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Analytics and website improvement — exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Marketing measurement (e.g. measuring ad performance) — exclusively on the basis of your consent.
- Website security and compliance with legal obligations — legitimate interest, or a legal obligation.
Which cookies and similar technologies do we use?
On your first visit, the site asks for your consent. Analytics and marketing tools are not activated until you click "Accept" (Google Consent Mode v2 — the default state is "denied"). If you decline, the site works normally, without tracking.
| Technology | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
bol-consent (localStorage) | Remembers your cookie choice | 12 months | Essential |
_ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4) | Anonymised visit statistics | up to 2 years | Analytics — with consent |
_fbp (Meta Pixel) | Measuring ad performance on Meta platforms | 3 months | Marketing — with consent |
_clck, _clsk (Microsoft Clarity) | Website usage analysis (heatmaps) | up to 13 months | Analytics — with consent |
You can change your choice at any time:
Who else has access to the data?
We do not sell your data to anyone. We use vetted processors who process data under our instructions: Google (Analytics, Fonts), Meta Platforms (Pixel), Microsoft (Clarity) and Vercel (website hosting). Some processors process data in the United Kingdom, the EU or the United States; transfers are protected by adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification.
How long do we keep the data?
We keep enquiry data for the duration of our communication and a reasonable period afterwards (at most 2 years), unless the collaboration develops into a contract. Analytics data is kept according to the durations in the table above. We also delete data earlier at your request.
What are your rights?
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data we process about you and receive a copy of it,
- have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed,
- have your data erased ("the right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing and object to processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Send your request to office@bolutions.agency — we respond without delay, and at the latest within the statutory period of 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority in your own country.
How do we protect the data?
The website uses HTTPS encryption, only authorised persons have access to the data, and we keep collection to a minimum — the site is static and maintains no user accounts or visitor databases.
Changes to this policy
We update the policy whenever the way we process data changes (e.g. the introduction of a new tool). The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
