How did Bolutions start?

We are not an agency that added "AI" to its offer overnight. We started from AI, then built everything else around it.

  1. Early days with the first ChatGPT models

    We started building AI chatbots as soon as ChatGPT 3.5 appeared, through platforms like Voiceflow and the first AI automation tools. While most people were still reading about what AI is, we were already building and testing on real tasks.

  2. Learning, practice, first clients

    We followed the industry every day, practised on our own projects and built the first systems for real businesses. That is how we learned what delivers results in practice, and what only looks good in a demo.

  3. Growing the knowledge and the team

    With every project the knowledge grew, and the team with it. Chatbots were joined by automation, custom CRM systems, websites optimised for AI search and team training.

  4. Today: the whole system, one partner

    Today we cover the complete spectrum of digitalisation services, from the first customer enquiry to internal processes, for clients in Serbia and across the English-speaking world.

Andrija Aleksić

He has led the agency from the first chatbot to today, with the same approach: understand the client's business before the first line of the system is written. He is personally involved in every project, from the first consultation to delivery.

I always wanted to run my own business, but it frustrated me how much the market kept the real tools away from small companies. A website, an application, serious systems: all reserved for big budgets, while everything else came down to spreadsheets and workarounds. AI erased that unfair advantage and gave everyone the chance to play like the big players. Our role is to help business owners realise that and cross that gap.
